Paddle handles payment and refund requests for every question-bank purchase.
How to request a refund
Use Paddle's buyer support service or follow the instructions on your receipt. You can also read Paddle's Refund Policy.
Purchases in the iPhone and iPad app
Apple handles payment and refunds for purchases made in the app. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded purchase ends access to the question bank in the app.
Digital access
Access starts after Paddle confirms a completed transaction. A completed refund ends access to the refunded question bank.
Withdrawal periods
Paddle's Refund Policy dated 31 March 2026 lists a 14-day withdrawal period for some consumer purchases in Israel, the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. It lists other periods for some other countries. The policy in force when you buy, your location and your use of the digital content determine the applicable route.
Mandatory rights
This page does not replace a mandatory refund, cancellation or consumer right in your country. Digital content that is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose may carry further remedies. Paddle may ask for information needed to assess the request, prevent fraud or comply with law.
Access term
One-time purchase. Access for as long as Thesmios continues to operate this question bank.
